• Returns: You can return any unused candles in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or an exchange.
• How to return: Simply contact our team at hello@etheralondon.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned candles, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
• Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange a product, let us know, and we’ll arrange it for you as quickly as possible.

Please note, the cost of return shipping is not covered unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
